Items we need

Increase the amount of frozen meat in our freezer. Say away from high fat, and look for good fat products.


Turkey Bacon
Meatballs
Turkey cubes/slices
Chicken
Salad lettuce
Fresh Spinach
Shredded carrots
Steaks
Grapes (carb source, but still healthy)
Ground Beef/Chicken/Turkey/Pork
Pork Chops

BBQ, Chicken/Taco/Turkey/Egg Salad, meatloaf.


Fast food is completely out. Watch "Super Size Me", and avoid Vegan lifestyle at all costs.
Soy is bad for the intestines. Watch how much is consumed.
